to the Consortium. This round of tendering is
an open and fair tendering process so any provider
who feels they can deliver to Common Inspection
Framework standards and can match our delivery
requirements, are welcome to tender.

Please return your formal proposals and completed Health & Safety Questionnaire in an envelope clearly marked 'TVWT - Tender' to Sue Westerman, Head of Programmes & Development, The Five Lamps Organisation, Eldon Street, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 7DJ, by not later than midday on Friday 21 July 2006. Only additional information requested within the Proposal Template should be enclosed.
